This cake is so pretty. I have alsways avoided cakes with bright colors because I don't like the taste of food coloring. However the food coloring product claims to be tasteless, I somehow can always taste the coloring. But this cake is just too adorable and I'm interested in making it just to surprise my family. I plan on using only all natural plant based food colors without the artifical dyes though.
